Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using epicSPOTLIGHT ("the Service"), operated by epicSPOTLIGHT LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

epicSPOTLIGHT is an AI Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that monitors, creates, and distributes content to improve your business's visibility across AI search engines. The Service includes AI visibility monitoring, content campaign production and distribution, reporting, and analytics.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans vary by the number and type of campaigns included. All plans are billed monthly unless you select annual billing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice, except for founding member rates which are locked in for life.

4. 30-Day Visibility Guarantee

We guarantee measurable improvement in your AI visibility metrics within 30 days of your first campaign publishing. If you do not see measurable improvement, we will provide an additional month of service at no charge. This guarantee applies to new subscribers only and requires completion of onboarding within 7 days of signup.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Active campaigns will continue through the end of your billing period.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all business information and materials you provide. Content created by epicSPOTLIGHT on your behalf (campaigns, articles, media) is owned by you and licensed to us for the purpose of distribution. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregate data for service improvement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading business information
• Attempt to manipulate AI engines through deceptive practices
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific search rankings, AI citation frequency, or revenue outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The epicSPOTLIGHT name, logo, platform, algorithms, and proprietary methods are the intellectual property of epicSPOTLIGHT LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as a subscriber.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions.
